    The 409th Air Expeditionary Group at Air Base 201 in Niger conducted a vehicle extrication training exercise. As the only security forces squadron in Africa, the 409th ESFS’ primary mission is to secure, protect and defend Air Force assets, personnel and resources.

  • AB 201 agencies train for emergency medical scenarios

    U.S. Airmen from the 409th Air Expeditionary Group conducted medical evacuation training with several base entities, including emergency medical technicians, a rescue specialist, first responders and the ground surgical team to hone life-saving response skills in case the need ever arises.
