U.S. Air Force pararescuemen assigned to the 82nd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron conducted High Altitude, Low Opening (HALO) training jumps in Djibouti, Dec. 21, 2023. The 82nd ERQS is responsible for conducting personnel recovery operations in austere environments across the Horn of Africa, which requires the members to maintain proficiency in different techniques like HALO.
