RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Airmen, Soldiers and NATO service members from across Europe are participating in a four-day professional development conference aimed at deliberately developing junior noncommissioned officers by highlighting both strategic and operational viewpoints as well providing various tools to become better leaders.
Atlantic Stripe is an annual conference, started in 2017, designed to create an interactive experience for junior NCOs who have demonstrated ability to lead at higher levels.
