Limited VFR operations begin at Nigerien Air Base 201

A U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 37th Airlift Squadron at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, takes off from the new runway at Nigerien Air Base 201, Agadez, Niger, Aug. 3, 2019.
