APORA in Liberia Nov 2018
Chris Daniel, senior advisor for Global Health Engagement, asks a question during an African Partner Outbreak Response Alliance (APORA) conference in Monrovia, Liberia. During APORA, military and civilian leaders will work together to align best practices and improve response capabilities for potential outbreaks of contagious diseases. The training will help bolster relationships with current partners, and mobilize new partners to strengthen pandemic programs. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Robert J.
