USAFE Celebrates First Completed EDI-Funded Project
Director of Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection, Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Africa, Brig. Gen. Roy Agustin, welcomes visitors and media to celebrate USAFE’s first completed military construction project funded by the European Deterrence Initiative at Amari Air Base, Estonia. The official ribbon cutting took place at the new aircraft maintenance facility. The construction of the aircraft maintenance hanger and other projects provided by the European Deterrence Initiative, enable the United States and its NATO allies and partners to increase responsiveness and bolster security capabilities in the European region and beyond.
