KEFLAVIK AIRPORT, Iceland ? Airman 1st Class Danny Ingram, a KC-135 boom operator, works to connect the refueler?s boom to a Norwegian F-16 so it can begin receiving fuel in the skies above Iceland Sept. 3. The two aircraft are participating in Northern Viking 2008. One of the main goals of the exercise is to achieve higher levels of interoperability in air and maritime capabilities between participating nations.
