NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. --  Gen. Jeff Harrigian, U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa commander, addresses graduates during the U.S. Air Force Weapons School graduation at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, Dec. 10, 2020.
