U.S. Air Forces in Europe–Air Forces Africa, with support from U.S. Marine Forces Africa, partnered with the Moroccan Royal Armed Forces to conduct the first interoperability test of secure encrypted communications and tactical datalinks with an African partner nation during the African Lion 2026
