Maj. Gen. Paul Moga met with Mr. Ralf Hechler, Mayor of the Union Community of Ramstein-Miesenbach, Oct. 7 at Ramstein-Miesenbach city hall. They discussed Mayor Hechler’s support for Grassroots Level Programs to help integrate single airmen into local life, as well as the economic impacts of the U.S. Air Force presence on the local economy.
