C-130J Hercules aircraft and Airmen assigned to the 37th Airlift Squadron, 86th Airlift Wing, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, deployed to Otopeni Air Base, Romania, to participate in Carpathian Fall 2019. Bilateral training events such as Carpathian Fall 19 exercise our interoperability and readiness to conduct combined air operations and demonstrate our shared commitment to ensure a Europe that is whole, free and at peace.
