Airmen participate in Combat Ammunition Production Exercise

Airmen from multiple bases have deployed to Aviano Air Base, Italy, to participate in the second annual Combat Ammunition Production Exercise. This exercise will train Airmen on the mass production of conventional munitions. This type of exercise allows Airmen to learn in a controlled environment, bolstering unit interoperability and refining best practices.

Units scheduled to participate are from Aviano AB and Camp Darby, Italy, RAF Lakenheath and RAF Welford, England, Ramstein AB and Spangdahlem AB, Germany, and Beale Air Force Base, California.
