Aviation Rotation 18.4 begins at Powidz, Poland

Approximately 75 Airmen and three C130s, assigned to the 86th Airlift Wing, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, are participating in bilateral training with the Polish Air Force during Aviation Rotation 18-4, off-station training/flying training deployment, in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve at Powidz, Poland, from approximately July 30 to Aug. 14, 2018.

During the rotation the U.S Air Force and Polish air forces will conduct training focused on maintaining joint readiness while building interoperability capabilities. Through strengthened relationships and engagements with our allies, the United States and NATO demonstrate their shared commitment to a peaceful, stable and secure Europe.
