Ramstein visit builds U.S.-Libyan integrated air mobility ties

Security leaders from eastern and western Libya look out the back of a U.S. Air Force C-130J Super Hercules during their flight as part of a U.S.-Libyan Air Force engagement, Aug. 6, 2026.
