Ramstein visit builds U.S.-Libyan integrated air mobility ties
U.S. Air Force Col. Matthew Wunderlich, 86th Operations Group commander, introduces himself to eastern and western Libyan security leaders during a visit to the 86th Airlift Wing at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Aug. 3, 2026.
