EUCOM commander visits Ramstein, meets with Airmen, Guardians, Allies

Kevin Todaro, Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa Command and Control operations training manager, recognizing his outstanding performance and contributions to the mission at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 25, 2025.
