USAFE-AFAFRICA, Algeria Conduct Aeromedical Exchange
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jacob Livolsi, 86th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron aerospace medical technician, explains procedures for a medical evacuation bus during an Algerian aeromedical evacuation familiarization visit at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, July 15, 2025. The exchange, led by the U.S. Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa Command Surgeon’s Office of Global Health Engagements and the 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge and best practices between the U.S. and Algerian medical teams.
