Royal Air Force Mildenhall and Dutch Air Force Commemorate Operation Chowhound

Two Royal Netherlands Air Force F-35 Lightning IIs fly alongside a KC-135 Stratotanker from the 100th Air Refueling Wing, RAF Mildenhall, England, during a commemoration flight for Operation Chowhound over the North Sea, April 28, 2025. Operation Chowhound was a humanitarian airdrop mission during WWII, where U.S. bombers dropped food rations for Dutch civilians.
