Wing successfully redeploys Airmen before 406th AEW activation

U.S. Air Force Col. Bryan T. Callahan, 406th Air Ground Operations Wing and 406th Air Expeditionary Wing commander, welcomes incoming deployers to the 406th AEW before they embark to their respective deployed locations within the African continent at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, May 18th, 2023. The deployers were a part of a mass deployment, using Ramstein AB as a port of debarkation for the first time.
