U.S. Ambassador Jeffry Flake greets USAID volunteers arriving to Incirlik AB

U.S. Ambassador Jeffry Flake, U.S. Ambassador to Türkiye, thanks members of the United States Agency for International Development’s Disaster Assistance Response Team for being ready, responsive, and willing to assist with the humanitarian effort after they arrived at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, Feb 8, 2023. Ambassador Flake visited Incirlik AB to greet members of the USAID team, following a series of earthquakes that struck central-southern Türkiye on Feb 6, 2023. As Ambassador to Türkiye, Flake holds the highest civilian position as The Chief of Mission, and impacts the communication and resources of U.S. personnel, advancing the U.S. foreign policy goals.
