PAMBALA 2017: Ohio works with State Partner Serbia, Angola during historic trilateral medical exercise
Maj. Marshal Bickert, a preventative medicine officer with the Ohio Army National Guard, shakes hands with the school administrator in the village of Vale do Paraiso during the PAMBALA 2017 medical exercise Dec. 12, 2017, in Bengo, Angola. The goal of the engagement for the Ohio National Guard is to give personnel the opportunity to share best practices, strengthen medical treatment processes, establish new relationships with members of the Angolan Armed Forces and to nurture the ONG’s existing 11-year partnership with the Republic of Serbia, through the National Guard State Partnership Program.
