37th AS drops 173rd IBCT Airborne troops
Sweat drips down the face of a U.S. Army soldier assigned to the 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne) during static line jump training aboard a C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 37th Airlift Squadron before taking off at Nuremberg Airport, Germany, Aug. 8, 2017. The paratroopers were required to carry about 120 pounds during the training. They endured several hours of carrying the gear before reaching the drop zone.
