“SOC” it to me: Defenders across USAFE train at Ramstein
A 435th Security Forces Squadron’s Ground Combat Readiness Training Center Security Operations Course student assesses a simulated scenario on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, June 12, 2017. Airmen from units across U.S. Air Forces in Europe spent the first week of the course in the classroom learning basic combat skills necessary for specific deployments; ending the classroom portion of training using skillsets such as Combat Life Saver (CLS); getting familiar with signs of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs); and exercising drills of IED searches.
