KC-135s arrive in Poland for BALTOPS 2016
                U.S. Air Force and Polish air force service members unload a KC-135 from the 100th Air Refueling Wing, England, in preparation for exercise Baltic Operations 2016 at Powidz Air Base, Poland, June 2, 2016. BALTOPS 2016, scheduled for June 3-19, 2016 in Estonia, Finland, Germany, Sweden, Poland, and throughout the Baltic Sea, is a joint, multinational, maritime-focused exercise designed to enhance flexibility and interoperability, as well as demonstrate resolve among NATO and partner forces to defend the Baltic region. The exercise will involve maritime, ground, and air forces to strengthen combined response capabilities necessary to ensure regional stability.
