Master Resilience Training Ramstein
Chief Master Sgt. James E. Davis, U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa command chief, speaks to Airmen in a master resilience trainer course Feb. 22, 2016 at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Davis spoke about the importance of talking and listening to the Airmen around you when they are going through tough times. This MRT course will certify 72 Airmen across USAFE, which will bring the total number of MRTs in the command to over 200. MRT is comprised of a collection of skills and activities that are designed to help Airmen in their quest to become more resilient and to instruct them how to teach resilience skills to others.
