Real-life training prepares Airmen for real-life threats
U.S. Air Force Airmen properly surrender to proper authorities during expeditionary active shooter training Nov. 23, 2015, on RAF Feltwell, England. The new training, implemented Oct. 1, is designed to prepare deploying Airmen for an environment where firearms are potentially more prevalent, meaning they might be armed and have to protect themselves and others from the threat of an active shooter.
