3rd AF commander emphasizes confidence, care, character to 435th AGOW
Tech. Sgt. William Liggins, 1st Communications Maintenance Squadron cable antenna systems team lead, helps Lt. Gen. Darryl Roberson, 3rd Air Force and 17th Expeditionary Air Force commander, put on safety equipment before he participates in a simulated rescue mission at a 1st CMXS communication tower during an immersion tour on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Sept. 30, 2014. During his tour, Roberson learned about the day-to-day tasks of Airmen assigned to multiple units within the wing. The tour helped give him a better understanding of the wing’s operations and how it contributes to the overall Air Force mission in support of combatant commanders and national objectives.
