African Partnership Flight Mauritania opening ceremony

U.S. Air Force Maj. Hartmut Casson, African Partnership Flight Mauritania mission commander, speaks during the opening ceremony that marked the beginning of a four-day training event in Atar, Mauritania, Aug. 31, 2014.
