Top Air Force leaders visit Spangdahlem
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany — Col. David Julazadeh, 52nd Fighter Wing commander, welcomes Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark A. Welsh III to Spangdahlem Air Base Aug. 1. This is the first time Welsh, Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force James Cody and their spouses, Betty Welsh and Athena Cody, visited the base together. During the visit, Welsh and Cody met with Airmen for lunch before hosting an Airman’s call to thank Airmen and their families for their service and dedication, as well as address current challenges facing the Air Force.
