Gen. Gorenc in Djibouti

U.S. Air Force Gen. Frank Gorenc, U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa commander, visits Airmen from the 449th Air Expeditionary Group during a recent trip to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Aug. 23, 2013. This was Gorenc ‘s first trip to Africa since taking command of USAFE/AFAFRICA and he used the trip to familiarize himself with Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa’s mission of stabilizing and strengthening security in East Africa through military-to-military engagements with partner nations.
