100th MXS sheet metal pumps iron
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Andrew Kelp, 100th Maintenance Squadron aircraft maintenance craftsman from Spokane, Wash., uses a hammer and wood slapper to remove a dent from a C-130J leading edge caused by a bird strike Oct. 25, 2013, on RAF Mildenhall, England. The 100th MXS aircraft maintenance shop personnel coordinate with engineers, balance control surfaces, install special fasteners and restore structural integrity. The shop service members recently managed 19 aircraft due in for maintenance wheel assembly restorations. (U.S. Air Force photo by Gina Randall/Released)
