NCO to commission as first lieutenant

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jacob Williams, 65th Force Support Squadron Career Development craftsman, was recently selected to commission as a first lieutenant in the Medical Service Corps. He will wear his first lieutenant bars Jan. 12, 2014, after separating from active duty the day prior then report to Maxwell AFB, Ala., for Commissioned Officer Training.
