Romanian Flight Medicine History
RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany – Maj. Leonard I. Lupu, a Romanian air force flight surgeon, shares the history of Romanian flight medicine with more than 170 medical professionals at the 29th Annual Aerospace Medicine Summit and NATO Science and Technology Organization Technical Course at the Hercules Theater here March 11, 2014.
