2013 USAFE-AFAFRICA OAY Banquet

Brig. Gen. Jon Norman, 31st Fighter Wing commander, accepts the U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa Honor Guard Program Manager of the Year award on behalf of Staff Sgt.
