Against the odds
Alexis Rain Frazier grips her mother's finger as she puts her hand in the incubator to touch her. Alexis and her twin brother, Eric, were born prematurely at just 23 weeks and three days. Between them they weighed barely more than a regular-sized bag of sugar. Dad, Tech. Sgt. Barry Frazier, 100th Air Refueling Wing Legal Office, and mom Mandy, say they have been given outstanding support from the doctors and nurses at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, where the twins were born Sept. 6.
