Memorial Dedication Ceremony
Family members place a single yellow rose on the UH-60 Helicopter Crash Memorial in remembrance of those military members who lost their lives during the Nov. 8, 2007 crash in Santa Lucia di Piave, Italy. Members of the Aviano Air Base and Santa Lucia di Piave communities gathered to honor both those vicitms of the crash and the thousands of Italians who lost their lives in the Piave River during World War I during a special ceremony on Nov. 8.
