Globemasters arrive at Mildenhall

Airmen from Travis Air Force Base, Calif., disembark from a C-17 Globemaster III Feb. 28 at RAF Mildenhall. The 817th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron will call the base home for the next two months. The unit typically performs heavy airlift operations from Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, but has relocated to Mildenhall due to extensive renovation on the 10,000 foot runway there.
