KIGALI, Rwanda -- U.S. Army 1st Lt. Charles Jones, Headquarters Support Company, SETAF, trains about 30 Rwanda Defense Forces soldiers how to weigh water holding tanks Jan. 12, 2009 as part of the African Deployment Assistance Phased Training Program. The tanks are part of about 150 tons of Rwandan military equipment the U.S. Air Force will airlift from here to the Darfur region of Sudan in support of the United Nations, Africa Union peacekeeping mission there. The ADAPT program is designed to help African militaries to deploy and provide logistical support for their forces participating in UN and AU peacekeeping missions. (Photo by Staff Sgt.
