Lt Col Don Kochanski

RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Lt. Col. Don Kochanski, Seventeenth Air Force Director of A5 (Plans), gives an opening briefing to assembled air attaches assigned to African nations Feb. 24 here. The briefing was part of the African Air Attaches conference held Feb. 23-27 at Ramstein. This was the first year that 17th AF, the air component for U.S. Africa Command, took part. Attaches and members of 17th AF, along with the Office of the Secretary of The Air Force for International Affairs, shared information and collaborated on maximizing effectiveness.
