SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Airman 1st Class Adam Kessler, 52nd Logistics Readiness Squadron, assists in refueling a C-17 Globemaster, April 10, 2009. The 726th Air Mobility Squadron recently conducted an Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century value stream analysis looking for ways to streamline C-17 refueling and increase proficiency levels.
