RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany (USAFENS) -- Gen. Tom Hobbins, U.S. Air Forces in Europe commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Gary Coleman, USAFE command chief master sergeant, signed Air Force Assistance Fund forms here recently.
