ROYAL AIR FORCE ALCONBURY, England – Gen. Tom Hobbins, U.S. Air Forces in Europe commander, presents his personal commander’s coin to Sukhdev Kalyan, 423rd Civil Engineer Squadron, during his first visit here Jan. 10. Mr. Kalyan was one of 10 members of the tri-base community (which includes RAF Molesworth and Upwood) to receive a coin by the general.
