Staff Sgt. Martin Wallace, 39th Contracting Squadron, lines up for the 100 meter race during the Under the Lights Track Meet at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The event was sponsored by the Health and Wellness Center, the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator and the Fitness Center to promote fitness and increase base morale.
