Twenty members of the 435th Aeromedical Staging Flight from Ramstein Air Base, Germany unload critical patients from an arriving C-17. The aircraft contained 11 wounded troops that survived a fatal helicopter crash in Southeast Afghanistan only hours earlier. Once loaded on the busses, the wounded were taken to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.
