Digging up bones
John Sims, Suffolk County Council archeological service, draws a sketch of the human skeleton he discovered March 12 during an archeological dig at the RAF Mildenhall officers' housing area in Beck Row. The skeleton was completely uncovered March 14. It is thought to be up to 2,000 years old. The skeleton has now been removed from the area and will be studied by archeology specialists to uncover further details about it. (U.S. Air Force photo by Karen Abeyasekere)
