Boy Scouts and fathers get creative
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, GERMANY -- Tonya Elliot bids on a cake at the Boy Scouts of America Annual Blue and Gold Awards Banquet as her children Laura and Jonathan look on, Saturday.
