KAPAUN AIR STATION, Germany—Master Sgt. James Fuller, senior enlisted aide to the U.S. Air Forces in Europe commander, prepares ground beef for a chili during a microwave cooking demonstration. Sponsored by the USAFE command chief’s office, Sergeant Fuller did the demo to help 569th U.S. Forces Police Squadron dorm residents, who have no kitchen facilities, prepare wholesome meals in the microwave.
