USAFE command chief at microwave cooking demo

KAPAUN AIR STATION, Germany—U.S. Air Forces in Europe Command Chief Master Sgt. Pamela A. Derrow and Airmen from the 569th U.S. Forces Police Squadron view a handout about a Community of Practice web page called “Culinary Cues” during a microwave cooking demonstration. The page was established by Master Sgt. James Fuller, senior enlisted aide to the USAFE commander, to give Airmen recipes, cooking tips, culinary website references, and forums to ask questions about microwave cooking. Sponsored by the USAFE command chief’s office, Sergeant Fuller did the demo and page to help 569th USFPS dorm residents, who have no kitchen facilities, prepare wholesome meals in the microwave.
