Jeffrey Lightbourn, a contractor injured downrange, tries on some adaptive clothing developed by Ginger Dosedel, founder of Sew Much Comfort. Lightbourn and other patients at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center visited April 4 with Mrs Dosedel, who toured the hospital and some of its wings.
