Fuel system repair Airmen keep aircraft mission ready
RAF MILDENHALL, England – Airman 1st Class Tracy Banks, 100th Maintenance Squadron fuels system repair apprentice climbs into a dry bay to gain access to a fuel cell during a foreign object damage inspection on top of a C-130 Sept. 24. Airman Banks is looking for FOD which could contaminate a fuel operating system and lead to critical component failure resulting in loss of aircraft or life.
